Terms of Service
- Coastside Concierge will use discretion while accepting service requests and will provide their customers only with services that are legal and ethical.
- Business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- All services are provided on a first come first serve basis.
- 12 hours notice is required for all cancellations. There will be a cancellation charge for less than 12 hour notice.
- Any requested services after business hours require 24 hours notice and a surcharge will apply.
- All additional costs of products, services or charges incurred while performing services will be added to the final bill in addition to the hourly rate.
- $10 surcharge will be applied for all service calls to Felton, Ben Lomand, Bonny Doon, Watsonville, Davenport and Pescadero.
- All services require a minimum of one hour and will be billed in 15 minute increments after.
- Payment is due upon receipt of service. Services over $200 require prepayment.
- We accept payments in cash or check form only at this time, there is a $50.00 returned check fee.
